Nothing 4 Nothing

It was the "A" family bar-b-que today...in the hot summer sun.
Nice time was had by all...I had to write that just in case someone from there might read this. lol It was so typical people in their cliques not paying attention to anyone else, men drinking beer while the woman-folk did all the work, except for one male who did the bbq. I heard enough "tall tales" to last at least another year these one on one stories are much grander then the ones written in the annual Christmas letters tucked within cards. Maybe I'm the only non-go-getter in the family, I didn't get rich, buy a sailboat or travel to Europe since last year. I'm positive I'm the only "liberal" listening to all the conservatives was very tiring. I either had to debate the issues or just ignore everything being said, which is just as annoying. But this is an annual get-together and I repeat to myself 'a nice time was had by all'
