Nothing 4 Nothing

I haven't as yet found the infamous "Bates Motel" but I parked my car in front of this building this morning.
The doors were locked, I peeked through the glass but did not see anyone looking like Anthony Perkins lurking around inside.
Seems the Bates ownership in real estate is widening. Where will the Bates turn up next? Is there something mysterious happening inside?

The problem with the utility company billing that I thought I resolved last month wasn't and I got the run-around all day... I may need the Bates services after all...
