Nothing 4 Nothing

I learned a new word today, zeitgeist: the spirit of the time, the spirit characteristic of an age or generation. Where else but in the newspaper would I learn such a word?
I mentioned to M that I started the book "Reading Lolita in Tehran" and M said that for me "it will be a chore reading it" I may be dumb but I'm not stupid ...I'm understanding it very well so far, and it is not a chore to read it, I enjoy the complexities. M always belittles people, be they family, friend or foe.
Zayd, is my favorite boy's name. I looked up its origin and found out Zayd was a scribe, he was confident and alert and was considered the field of knowledge by the Prophet Mohammad. He memorized 17 surahs of the Book of Allah and recorded all the Divine revelations revealed to the Prophet. He also transcribed many copies of the Koran. I'm not a Muslim, but I would still name my baby Zayd, I like the uniqueness. As for girl's names right now it is a toss up between Ashlea and Emma...with Rana coming in third. Rana means frog in Italian and Delight in Arabic...but it sounds nice to the ear.
I had another nightmare last night, that my car was stolen from inside my garage. This first thing I did when I woke up was to look to see if my car was still there. It was!!
