Shopping....
Today R and I went to Uncle L's house and decorated his tree and house for Christmas. Everyone sang Christmas songs as we wroked like elves. The tree looks like it came out of the 1950's with all his old fashioned ornaments, lights and garland on it. Looks very festive even if I have to say so myself. Later we went Christmas shopping, I bought a cowboy on a bucking horse stocking holder, it's really cool and goes with my cowboy Santa figurine, R bought a snowman stocking holder, and we both bought a crystal ice cicle tree ornament. We went to a department store that has it's entire 2nd floor filled with Christmas decorations on display and for sale. It is like a winter wonderland, so many beautiful things, many santas, deers, ornaments and trees, even all feather trees, one 5 ft wooden nutcracker was priced at $2000. R nearly knocked expensive decorations off a small table by the cash register! I thought for sure something broke but luckily nothing did. So, it was a nice Christmasey type day and now I think I have gotten a bit of the Christmas spirit. When I arrived home I put up a few more decorations, but I don't want to over do things, the more I put out the more I will have to put away, and putting things away is a real drag.
