Nothing 4 Nothing

I woke up with a splitting headache and it hung on nearly all day. I don't know what caused it.
Still hot here but the forecast is for cooler days toward the end of the week. I got my copy of Ventura Life and Style in the mail, and the story about Jimmie Wallet tugs at my heart. It sounds to me as if the authorities there are the time of the mudslide were heartless...and they call us a caring nation? Maybe all this nation cares about is themselves? The 5.6 earthquake today was in and near Los Angeles, we didn't feel it here. I saw a casino video when the quake hit and it looked to me as if all the slot machine lights went on at once. I wonder if all those machines paid off...that would had been funny. I am keeping my fingers crossed we don't get any quakes here. I was born and raised in earthquake country yet the still terrify me. I am not weeding until the temps cool off...I looked out the window at the big pile of weeds I pulled out this week, nearly all by hand and I said enough is enough already. But if anyone wants to join me in a weeding party come on down. TV will be boring tonight...yawn...maybe I will get to bed early. *lol* Last night I stayed up til midnight to watch Texas Hold'em Poker, Yes I am still on that kick.
