Nothing 4 Nothing

It has been awhile since I wrote anything here, I suppose it is because I haven't had anything special to say and I still don't. The wind is blowing, I can hear a noise outside now and then but don't know where it is coming from. I've been keeping busy doing this and that and going here and there...lol Saw a car on the news that ran on compressed air. Wouldn't that be an ideal way to fuel future cars? Somehow I doubt if that will ever happen, the big oil companies will find a way to stop it. Maybe it is because the the time change, but today feels l-o-n-g. Guess that's all folks...

I bought $10. worth of gas today...ok so I got a little over 4 gallons, but I haven't put $10 worth in my tank for a very long time, it felt better than buying $20. worth. While at the gas station a guy asked what year my car was, I told him and he replied "it's not good enough"
That is the way my week has been going, everytime I think I have something hot going it begins to fizzle...just not good enough. JD weather stripped the front and back doors, the front door locks more securely now, before it would wobble when locked, I think a 2 year old would had been able to break into the house. I bought a sheet of postage stamps a few weeks ago and put them away...now I can't find them. That is so annoying, I know they are somewhere in the house, but I really must have hid them in a good place. Hope I find them by the time I mail my Christmas cards. Christmas...yes it is on it's way, where did the year go? Every year it feels that the weeks and months pass by faster and faster...and that's not a good thing.
The other say I Googled for something and I found my blog on their search page...Good Gravy Marie!!!! I didn't want to see that...is there a way to delete it from their search engine? Guess anything posted on the web is for anyone, anywhere to see and read...live and learn the hard way.

I looked in my mailbox early this morning and found two envelopes, after a closer inspection I saw that these envelopes had been opened and re-sealed!! The flaps were glued and hard to open and I could see where the glue was applied. So that means someone opened and read my letters, glued them shut and returned them to my mailbox during the night. Who? Today's maul was delivered 3 hours later. See why I'm paranoid? lol I guess the good thing is that the person who got the mail did not just throw it away.
There is a grape stomping contest in the town of Murphys today. My Mom stomped grapes barefoot as a kid. I think everyone ends up with purple feet!!
